Unlike other companies that provide their own ratings, we are similar to AAAR and provide an unbiased opinion which means every home is inspected in the same manner and do not favor any impeticular vacation home.
Property managers and vacation home owners who give themselves
star ratings are not certified.
We have received many complaints about people renting five star homes and lack the amenities.
If it is not Certified by us then there is no guaranty that it is a true star rating.
We are presently the only company providing such accreditations to the vacation rental industry based on the National Association of Vacation Rental Properties.

Our rating system has been specifically designed to assist vacationers with all of their expectations in a vacation rental. We assign professionals to go into each of the vacation rentals to ensure that they meet and/or exceed the expectations of vacationers. We evaluate each rental and make sure that each property meets a certain criteria. These are all based on an inspection of the vacation rental and are measured with amenities, cleanliness, appearance, décor, and convenience for their guests.
Our objective is simple yet we feel it to be mandatory. Nothing worse than booking a vacation rental that looks nice and shows great amenities until you show up to the property, then it looks like nothing you saw on line or have been told by the representative. We try to ensure all vacationers that the properties we have inspected have all the amenities claimed and can be viewed from our site to show that we have rated the property accordingly.
